Terms and Conditions for Canadian Users
Last updated: October 22, 2026
These Terms and Conditions explain the rules that apply when Canadian visitors access Roobet, create an account or use any casino, sportsbook, payment, promotional or account-related feature. By registering, depositing funds, placing a wager or otherwise using the platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms together with the applicable Privacy Policy, KYC and AML Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, Bonus and Promotion Policy, Game Policy, Sportsbook Rules and any additional conditions displayed for a particular product.
Roobet.com is operated by Raw Entertainment B.V., a company incorporated in Curaçao under company number 157205. Fiat transactions may be processed by Raw Entertainment Ltd as a payment and operational agent. Canadian access does not mean that Roobet is licensed or approved by a Canadian provincial gaming authority. Each user remains responsible for determining whether accessing and using the service is lawful in their province or territory.
Eligibility and Canadian Access
You may create and use an account only if you are at least 18 years old or have reached the higher legal gambling age that applies where you live. In Canada, the applicable age may differ between provinces and territories. You must also have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must use the service only for personal entertainment.
Availability may depend on your province, current location, payment method and the restrictions imposed by individual game providers. Certain games or services may be unavailable throughout Canada or in specific regions, including Ontario. The platform may use location information, identity documents, IP data and other verification measures to determine whether access is permitted.
You must not access the service from a prohibited location, use a VPN or similar technology to conceal your location, or provide false information about your place of residence. If gambling or access to the platform is prohibited where you are located, you must not register or use the service.
Account Registration
You must provide complete and accurate information when registering, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address and email address. Your account details must be kept current. If any information changes or you discover that information previously supplied was incorrect, you must update it or contact support without delay.
Only one account is permitted per person unless written approval has been provided. Accounts connected through the same household, device, payment method or IP address may be reviewed. If another person in your household already has an account, you may be required to report the connection and complete additional verification.
Accounts may not be sold, transferred, purchased, shared or used on behalf of another person. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
Identity Verification
Roobet may request identity and location documents at any time. Verification may include government-issued identification, proof of address, payment ownership evidence, source-of-funds information, a photograph or video verification.
Deposits, withdrawals, gameplay or other account functions may be restricted until the requested checks are completed. Documents must be valid, readable and belong to the registered account holder. Using another person’s identity, payment method or documents is prohibited.
Additional checks may be conducted when account activity is unusual, when a withdrawal is requested, when transaction limits are reached or when required under anti-money laundering procedures. Failure to provide the requested information may result in delays, restrictions, suspension or closure of the account.
Account Security
You are responsible for protecting your password, authentication details and access to your email account. Two-factor authentication should be enabled wherever available. Login details must not be disclosed to another person.
Any suspected unauthorized access or security incident must be reported immediately. Roobet is not responsible for losses caused by a user voluntarily or negligently disclosing login information, leaving a device unsecured or failing to report suspicious account activity.
Deposits
Deposits must be made using payment methods or cryptocurrency wallets owned and controlled by the registered account holder. Third-party payments are not permitted. Funds must originate from lawful sources and may be deposited only for the purpose of using the available gaming services.
Available currencies, minimum amounts, transaction limits and processing times are displayed in the account cashier and may change. Payment providers may impose separate limits or fees. Successful fiat deposits may be subject to a 1% processing fee deducted from the deposited amount.
Most deposits are credited after the required payment or blockchain confirmations. Roobet is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, blockchain congestion, payment processors or incorrect transaction information.
Wagering Requirements
Deposited funds must be wagered before they can be withdrawn or transferred. Unless a different requirement is displayed, cryptocurrency and cash deposits must be wagered at least once, equal to 100% of the deposited amount. Only settled sportsbook wagers count toward the requirement.
Funds received as tips may carry a separate wagering requirement. Bonus funds are governed by the conditions of the applicable promotion and may have additional wagering, game contribution, expiry and maximum-bet rules.
Attempts to deposit and withdraw without genuine gameplay may be treated as payment processing abuse or suspicious financial activity. A withdrawal may be delayed while the account and transaction history are reviewed.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are available only through the methods shown in the cashier. Minimum and maximum limits may vary depending on the currency, payment provider, account status and verification level.
Before processing a withdrawal, Roobet may require identity verification, confirmation that the selected payment method belongs to the account holder, completion of wagering requirements and any additional information needed for security or compliance purposes.
Where possible, fiat withdrawals should be returned through the method used to make the deposit. If this is not possible, an alternative method may be permitted after ownership has been verified. If several withdrawal requests are pending, they may be cancelled and replaced with a single combined request.
Users making ten or more fiat withdrawals within a rolling 30-day period may be charged a 2% fee on the tenth and each subsequent withdrawal. Additional payment-provider or blockchain fees may also apply.
Cryptocurrency withdrawals are sent to the wallet address entered by the user. Cryptocurrency transfers generally cannot be reversed. You are responsible for selecting the correct asset, network and wallet address. Roobet is not responsible for funds lost because incorrect or incompatible transaction information was supplied.
Games and Wagers
Before confirming a wager, you must check the selected game, stake, odds and other transaction details. A wager becomes valid only after it has been accepted and recorded by the platform’s servers. Accepted wagers normally cannot be cancelled unless an editing or cash-out feature is expressly available.
Roobet may reject, cancel or void a wager affected by an obvious error, incorrect odds, technical malfunction, unauthorized automation, fraudulent activity, collusion or an attempt to obtain an unfair advantage. Incorrectly credited winnings remain the property of the platform and may be deducted from the account balance.
Individual games may have separate rules, return-to-player information, betting limits and provider restrictions. If there is a conflict between these general Terms and the specific rules of a game or promotion, the specific rules apply to that product.
Bonuses and Promotions
Bonuses and promotions are optional and subject to their own conditions. These may include eligibility rules, wagering requirements, expiry periods, maximum bets, restricted games and withdrawal limits.
Unless otherwise stated, an available bonus must be claimed within 30 days. Referral rewards and commissions may expire if they are not claimed within 365 days. Bonus abuse, coordinated activity, multiple accounts, low-risk wagering or manipulation of promotional conditions may result in the removal of bonus funds, cancellation of related winnings and exclusion from future promotions.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the platform for fraud, money laundering, collusion, chargeback abuse, match fixing, arbitrage, unauthorized commercial activity or any unlawful purpose. Bots, scripts, automated betting systems, software-assisted techniques and attempts to interfere with the platform or its security systems are prohibited.
You must not exploit technical errors, delayed data, incorrect odds or game malfunctions. Any error or incorrect credit should be reported promptly. You must also not threaten staff or other users, publish unlawful content, impersonate another person or use the account while self-excluded.
Suspension and Account Closure
An account may be restricted, suspended or closed if these Terms are breached, if verification cannot be completed, if fraudulent or unlawful conduct is suspected, if the account appears compromised or if continued use creates responsible gambling concerns.
During an investigation, deposits, withdrawals, wagers and access to funds may be temporarily restricted. Bets associated with prohibited conduct may be voided, and improperly obtained winnings may be removed. Accounts with no balance that remain inactive for six consecutive months may be closed.
You may request closure of your account through customer support. Account closure does not cancel outstanding verification requirements, disputes, payment obligations or investigations.
Responsible Gambling
Gambling must be treated as entertainment and not as a source of guaranteed income. You should wager only money that you can afford to lose and should never borrow funds for gambling.
Account tools may include time-outs, self-exclusion and other responsible gambling controls. A user who is self-excluded must not create another account or attempt to bypass an existing restriction. Support may restrict or close an account where there are reasonable concerns about harmful gambling behaviour.
Intellectual Property and Platform Availability
The website, software, trademarks, graphics, text, game interfaces and other materials are protected by intellectual property laws. They may be used only for personal access to the service. Copying, modifying, reverse engineering, reselling or commercially exploiting any part of the platform is prohibited.
The service is provided on an availability basis. Continuous, uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed. Games, markets, payment options, promotions and other features may be changed, suspended or removed. Maintenance, provider restrictions, technical issues and events outside reasonable control may affect availability.
Liability
Gambling involves the risk of losing deposited funds. You accept responsibility for your wagering decisions, transaction details and compliance with local law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Roobet is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, interrupted access, third-party software, payment-provider delays, blockchain transactions or unauthorized account activity caused by a failure to secure login credentials.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer protection right that cannot legally be excluded. Where mandatory Canadian law applies despite the governing-law provision below, those mandatory rights remain unaffected.
Privacy and Compliance
Personal information may be processed for account administration, verification, payment handling, security, fraud prevention, responsible gambling and regulatory compliance. Information may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, game suppliers and competent authorities where necessary.
Transactions may be monitored under anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing procedures. Roobet may request information concerning the source of funds or source of wealth and may report suspicious activity where legally required.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be amended when legal, regulatory, commercial or operational requirements change. The updated version becomes effective when published, unless another effective date is stated. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or registered account details.
Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a change, you must stop using the service and request account closure.
Governing Law and Complaints
The official Roobet agreement is governed by the laws of Curaçao. Users should first submit complaints to customer support and provide all relevant account, transaction and wager information.
If a dispute is not resolved through the internal complaints procedure, it may be referred to the applicable Curaçao alternative dispute resolution process. Nothing in this section prevents a Canadian user from relying on mandatory rights that apply under the law of their province or territory.
Contact
Questions about an account, transaction or these Terms may be directed to Roobet customer support. Formal complaints should clearly identify the account holder, describe the issue and include any relevant transaction references or supporting documents.
